Daisha Rivers, SEI
Daisha Rivers is currently in her fourth year of teaching and her first year serving South Pointe High School as the SEI teacher.
Miss Rivers, an Atlanta, Georgia native, graduated Magna Cum Laude from Georgia State University. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Applied Linguistics with a focus on phonetics and intercultural communication. Miss Rivers is a firm believer in the importance of students accepting personal accountability for their learning and strives to instill a sense of intrinsic motivation in each student. “The function of education is to teach one to think intensively and to think critically.
