Margarita Popova was born in Europe and is a second generation teacher. She loves traveling and exploring different places and learning about different cultures. She has a passion for languages, she speaks several, and she wants to learn more. This passion inspired her to pursue her Bachelor’s degree with a major in Tourism Management when she studied not only about the travel industry, but also about the countries’ history, culture, and customs and rituals. She also has a Master’s degree in Economics. Teaching is her second nature that she inherited from her parents. When she moved to Arizona, she studied at Rio Salado College, a post-baccalaureate program, to get her teaching credentials in secondary education and become a certified teacher. She loves kids and wants to share her knowledge, the passion of traveling, and the passion for learning about the world with them.
“To know, is to know that you know nothing. That is the meaning of true knowledge.” ~ Socrates
