![]() The 100 Black Men of Phoenix announced that three students from South Pointe High School were selected to participate in the 100 Black Men of America National Convention in Atlanta, Georgia in June. Danshnae Parnell, Enyzia Thues, and Taelore Bivens (pictured on the left) spent five months studying African American History and will compete in the African American History Challenge Scholarship Contest against teams from around the country. Their participation includes four days of events in Atlanta with all expenses paid by the 100 Black Men of Phoenix. South Pointe is proud of these young ladies. They have shown their Griffin pride and exhibited their dedication to knowledge and culture! Congratulations and good luck, ladies!
