Vicky Harris, fine arts

Vicky Harris known also as “Miz V” is the Dance teacher for South Pointe High School in south-central Phoenix. Vicky has been a professional dancer, choreographer and instructor for more than 20 years. Over the course of her life, Vicky has studied and performed several dance styles including Hawaiian, African, Hip Hop, Jazz, Swing and Modern. Vicky performed with and was a member of Kawambe African dance troupe, several local urban professional dance companies , Super Bowl XXX cast and also the WNBA's Phoenix Mercury Hip Hop Squad. During Vicky's professional dance career she has choreographed for several professional sports dance teams including the Phoenix Suns, Phoenix Mercury, Seattle Supersonics, Portland Trailblazers, Golden State Warriors, Sacramento Kings, Detroit Pistons, Denver Nugget’s, Dallas Cowboys and many more. Vicky is also a former dance teacher at Arizona State University's department of dance.
Currently, Vicky owns a company that specializes in choreography for professional sports dance teams both domestically and internationally. Her company also hosts annual dance conventions. Vicky also holds a Masters in Education from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelors in Mathematics from Arizona State University.
